General Home Inspection (GHI): Call (216) 630-5606 for a quote. The fee will be dependent on the age and sq. footage of the home.

 

Radon Gas Inspection: $125

($100 with General Home Inspection or any other inspection)

-Using the most up to date continuous radon testing device with 6 chambers for radon detection instead of 1 for more accurate results.

 

Mold Inspections: $250 Includes inspection, reports, and two mold test.  Additional $50 for each sample

($200 with General Home Inspection or any other inspection)

 

*Take an additional $20 off for all 3 services

 

Re-inspections are included with all of our services. We will return to inspect any repairs or other work that was done on any deficiencies to make sure they were done properly.

We take your home inspection through a 400 point inspection plan with photos. Some home sellers will try to hide minor and major defects within the home that our experts will find and allow the buyer to be properly informed with all the facts regarding their future home or commercial property. Our 400 point inspection FX reporting system will provide you with an easy to read and understand report that give you a professional, unbiased evaluation of the condition of your new home or commercial property. All inspections are conducted according to InterNACHI Standards and Ethics.

ABOUT KINN

     Dustin was trained at one of the top rated schools with some of the best instructors in the country at HomeSpection Training Institute.  Prior to graduating from HomeSpection Training Institute, Dustin had experience in renovating, flipping and real estate investing.  Because of this, he has a natural grasp for both commercial and residential properties and how to detect the potential problems that may occur within.

Dustin is also a Certified Mold Inspector and licensed Radon Tester.

Fun Fact: Dustin is a former teacher who still enjoys volunteering his time to help with camps, clinics, and youth sporting events.
